undertake regular training. This may be in the form of external,
internal, ad hoc or general industry awareness training.
We feel it improves customer service and draws out more innovative
approaches to dealing with and delivering solutions. It gives
our workforce more experience and a wider knowledge base to
improve the service you receive.
In addition to ‘best practice’ supplier monitoring,
we also assess suppliers to ensure they understand the expectations
that Commercial have regarding quality, service and value:
