we place an unusually strong focus on the quality of
the working experience. Our training is intense and
thorough but it is also fun and memorable and, as a
result, we can boast a retention rate that far exceeds
most companies of any market background. Out of a workforce
of 150 people, 87 were with us 5-years ago, and 7 out
of 10 people remain that were with us when we started
the company nearly 20-years ago.
With an annualised turnover of over
£25 million, we are the largest, independently
owned, office services company in the UK. Since our
incorporation in the early nineties we have maintained
an average growth ratio of 30%, delivering profits in
every year. That includes periods where we have made
considerable strategic investments in both our infrastructure
and customer-facing service delivery systems.
Key to everything we do and believe
is our consultancy-led approach to the provision of
services. We don’t charge a fee for this because
that’s the value added that we believe ought to
go with a long-term relationship. A relationship built
