Customers with IT Support Agreements can raise new support requests using the following methods:

Email

  1. Compose a new email to itsupport@commercial.co.uk.
  2. Enter a relevant subject name for your issue, and enter as much relevant information describing your issue in to the notes section.
  3. Send the email. This will automatically raise a new call within our help desk system.

Internet

  1. Open your web browser, and connect to https://itsupport.commercial.co.uk
  2. Enter your email address as the user name, and enter your password.
  3. Click “Create a New Request”.
  4. Enter as much relevant information describing your issue in to the summary and notes sections.
  5. Click “Save”. An automatically generated email will be sent to you detailing your call reference number.
